Will my current employer be able to see my CV?

This one is a simple Answer for us and that is a massive NO.  When we say no, we mean that employers cannot search the ‘MyJobMatcher Database through MyJobMatcher’ and we have done this for a reason, because we know how important your privacy is.  Especially when it is in relation to something as sensitive as looking for a new Job.

So you can be assured from Bob we will not let anyone see your CV on MyJobMatcher, not now, not ever!
